Ewan McStarley from The Condemned

My thoughts on Ewan McStarley

Ewan is a villain as they should be. Blame Disney, but where would the movie be without him? His actions are evil and he kills without remorse and he enjoys what he does. Even worse he does not even seem to understand why Conrad might be so upset about what he did.

In a way for Conrad Ewan must be his worse nightmare, not in terms of being worried about fighting him, but that he might have become like him. Cause who knows what happens if you train someone to be a killer and sent him out in the field. Conrad kept his integrity and his morals, McStarley lost it. And the scary thing is that we see that happen in real life all the time. You know soldiers, posing with skulls or bodies of people they have shot.

Nonetheless form a fictional point of view McStarley is an awesome character. He is one scary adversary that can fit into any given scenario. First off that he teamed up with Saigo, as well as the conversation with Conrad before his end shows that he is not too crazy and still can interact with people. Yet there is no limit to what he can do.

Brainpower:

Probably not the most accurate accessment as there is not really that much room in the movie to show how smart one is, but he did show some strategic skills and giving the circumstances does not make dumb decisions. There is just nothing to show that he isn't extremly clever. Therefore I give him (8 out of 10)

Physical:

Although he likes to use others to aid him, he also loves to do his dirty work by himself. If there is something to do, you probably will find him right in the middle. Even when avoiding fights he does it in a very active manner. (10 out of 10)

Skill:

An island certainly is not the best show of complex skills, but knowing that he had some special SAS training and seeing how he uses that to complete his task, tells one that he is extremly capable and can adapt to various situations. (8 out of 10)

Presence:

Has a very intimidating presence, even the other death row candidates think twice about messing with him. Saiga even let himself being ordered around and Paco was close to panicing even before Ewan had the upper hand. He could have walked into that tent at the end unarmed and I bet the hackers would have freaked out just as much. (10 out of 10)

Sex Appeal:

What can I say, a tall, extremly well-build guy with a bad attitude, I always had a weekness for them. And Ewan has such a sexy voice, too - I love that accent. (10 out of 10)

Toughness:

He might not have been last man standing, but he was still breathing after getting shot in the chest six times. Throughout the event he gotten quite some kicks and punches and it never slowed him down. (10 out of 10)

Badness

It actually does not get much badder than what Ewan did, kicking and beating up a helpless woman, raping her in front of her husband. And he did not stop at that. Even for the rating that was a bit much. (10 out of 10)

Fanfiction involving Ewan McStarley

I haven't yet encountered, but I sure as hell would like to read some. Preferably AU and off island. He made a good villain for numerous scenarious. Especially of course for some hot PWP action.
